Society of Occupational Medicine Training for Appraisers Modules 1-4
WELCOME TO THE SOCIETY OF OCCUPATIONAL MEDICINE TRAINING FOR APPRAISERS.
There are 4 modules to complete:
- SOM Appraisal Training Module 1
- SOM Appraisal Training Module 2
- SOM Appraisal Training Module 3
- SOM Appraisal Training Module 4
- Click on each module in turn to start the video. If you watch the videos in full screen mode, the take a quiz button and close button will not be in view. Please ensure at the end of each module you minimise the screen which will give you access to the take a quiz button.
- The links you find in each of the modules regarding further reading are not interactive and therefore you will need to access them through the SOM links PDF document found in the last section of the SOM Appraisal Training Course.
- At the end of each module the ‘Take a Quiz’ button will become active; please click on this button and answer all of the questions. You will need to scroll down and click on the submit button to complete the quiz.
- After completing all of the questions, the results will be automatically collated.
- The pass mark is 100%.
- If you have not succeeded, you will see which questions you gave an incorrect answer to and you will then be able to retake the quiz by pressing the retake quiz button.
- You can retake the quiz as many times as you need in order to reach the pass mark. Neither the Clinical Appraisal Lead or SOM admin will know how many times you have taken the quiz.
- Once you have completed the quiz, click on the download certificate button and this will then be available to download.
- To complete your training please send the final certificate at the end of Module 4 to the SOM to confirm you have passed the training. Please send to appraisal@som.org.uk
